Bad camera quality on snapchat iphone 11. The back camera isn t that bad but can still appear blurry grainy in some environments. And yes the iphone takes snapchat photos in much higher resolution. Most android camera phones today have a far superior camera than the iphone but due to snapchat not fully supporting the camera on these phones the picture quality remains sub par. But this isn t a fault of android and it s not even something wrong with your phone this one s on snapchat s development team.

So now the apple comes with a wider screen and it looks like snapchat on android. I am surprised it is like this considering the previous 6s and 7 models had way better quality. So the problem isn t the camera on the phone but the snapchat. Just bought the iphone xs max and the front facing camera on snapchat is zoomed in and blurry. Same issue and i have upgraded from iphone 6s which quality was okayish on to iphone 11 and it is indeed terrible much worse than the iphone 6.

Review snapchat one star and say you are going to stop using snapchat and use instagram instead as the iphone 11 camera quality looks rubbish. Snapchat keep saying its apple s fault but when i take photos on insta or using the camera on the phone direct no issues at all. Basically snapchat needs to fully support the camera hardware in all phones in order for pictures and videos to be crisp clear and top notch just as the phones themselves would take them.
