Blender Join Objects Into One
In object mode you can use the border select or lasso select tools or you can simply shift right click objects to add them to your selection.

Bonus question that is less relevant. But how can i join all the objects into one without destroying the uvs. It simply marks them as one object. This means they move rotate scale and animate like one object but they are not attached.
